Appointment Booking and Fees
- To book an appointment, please use the Book an Appointment feature on our website or app.
- Once an appointment is booked and confirmed, the amount must be paid online. Kindly review the Cancellation/Refund Policy before confirming your appointment.
- You are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- If you require a written report (soft copy) of your consultation, an additional fee of INR 1,500 will be charged. The report will be delivered within 4 working days from the date of payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Saintops Numbers Private Limited, operating through our website Goluu Divination and the GoluKripa app, we provide consultation and report submission services. Please note that we do not offer any tangible or hard-form products.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds cannot be issued for any services or intangible products once payment has been deducted from the customer's account. This policy is strictly enforced, and we do not allow cancellations after completing the transaction.

Payment Confidentiality
